Billboard 200 Movers & Shakers: Cypress Hill, Ratt, Luciano Pavarotti, 'American Idiot' and More April 29, 2010

While "Glee: The Music, The Power of Madonna" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart this week with 98,000 according to Nielsen SoundScan, a number of other albums are making waves further down the list. Here's a snapshot at the most notable jumps and drops.
No. 11 - Debut - Circa Survive - "Blue Sky Noise" Highest charting set and best sales week (28,000) for band.
No. 2 - Up One - Lady Antebellum - "Need You Now" ACM Award impact for the group (up 27%). Overall country album sales gained by 6% in the week after the ACMs.
No. 18 - Down 16 - MGMT - "Congratulations" Expected second-week fall (down 70%).
No. 19 - Debut - Cypress Hill - "Rise Up" Back on chart for first time in six years (18,000). Highest charting set since 2000.
No. 22 - Up 56 - Soundtrack - "Crazy Heart" Big jump (up 200%) owed to films DVD bow last week.
No. 28 - Debut - Colt Ford - "Chicken & Biscuits" 15,000-unit start for singer's second studio album; also debuts at No. 18 on Top Country Albums.
No. 30 - Debut - Ratt - "Infestation" First album in 10 years debuts with 30,000. Highest charting since 1990.
No. 43 - Debut - Original Broadway Cast - "American Idiot" Highest charting and best debut-sales week for Cast Recording since 2008's "Disney's The Little Mermaid."
No. 51 - Debut - Peggy Lee - "Come Rain or Come Shine" Courtesy of Starbucks, it's the late songstress' first chart hit since 1970.
No. 76 - Debut - Luciano Pavarotti - "75th Birthday: Limited Edition" Amazon MP3 store deal on 100-track set for $2.99 gives late artist his first No. 1 on Top Classical Albums since 2007.
No. 146 - Debut - Soundtrack/T-Pain - "Freaknik" Digital-only soundtrack from artist's Cartoon Network special debuts with 4,000.
No. 127 - Down 58 - Jonsi - "Go" Down 31% in its third week -- not unexpected for a niche act whose fervent fan base turned out in the set's first week (No. 23; 15,000).
