This brief video captures a moment, apparently during interviews around Grammy rehearsals last Thursday, where Whitney is saying a quick goodbye to Brandy, Monica and her mentor, Sony's Clive Davis. Much of what was said is unintelligible, but the interaction speaks volumes: Clive says something to Whitney about paying "tribute," Whitney calls him her "dad," and then calls over daughter Bobbi Kristina to give Davis -- Bobbi's godfather -- a hug. This video has been public for a few days, and it's not the kind of thing this site normally publishes, but it's a nice moment …
